About Me

After being plagued by severe anxiety and high inhibition coupled with periods of impulsivity and addiction, I was stuck in the purgatory of having “high potential” but not delivering the results I knew I could. Dealing with this my whole life, I eventually realized that I was the only one who could change this, so I embarked on a quest to find answers about myself. At first, I thought everything was in my head, and that others just had more willpower than I did. That changed when I ventured into the realm of diet and supplements. Making changes led to such drastic improvements in how I felt that I couldn’t deny the biological component, and obsessed over this for the next few years. After searching every corner of the internet for clarity, I was deeply confused. Every researcher or internet guru was saying completely different things about health, and each had clearly arrived at their convictions somehow. This is when my new obsession was born: what actually makes us different, both biologically and psychologically. It was almost too fitting because one of the first things that ever intuitively captivated my distracted 16-year-old self in biology class, was genetics. Back then, after demanding to take a genetic test and learning everything I could, I got some insights about myself that explained a lot. However, that didn’t mean that I figured out how to feel better, and I eventually abandoned the topic.

After another several years of intense introspection, I slowly became more in tune with my mind and my body. When I was able to accurately observe myself, I made the right moves at the right times, and started winning the chess match against the familiar prison of my brain and body. Of course I learned many health and psychology principles that I use like the rules of the game: how the pieces move. However, at the end of the day, the opponent each of us faces is unique. My goal now is to help you take control in your own match so you can build the life you truly want.
