Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sun Sequence website and services operated by Sun Sequence LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Sun Sequence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

Sun Sequence offers one-on-one coaching (the 30-Day Deep Dive) together with educational content. All of it is for educational and self-understanding purposes only. It is coaching, not therapy, counseling, psychological or mental-health treatment, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing provided through Sun Sequence diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition.

Genetic variants discussed describe patterns observed at the population level; they do not predict individual health outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular result or improvement. Always consult a qualified licensed professional for any medical or mental-health concern, and do not make medical decisions based on anything from Sun Sequence.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at simonleo156@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payment and access

The 30-Day Deep Dive requires a one-time payment of $825. It includes four one-on-one coaching calls and text access with your coach across 30 days, plus lifetime access to the personalized genetics section. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The coaching portion runs for the 30-day period; access to the genetics section continues afterward, with no recurring charges.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at simonleo156@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.

DNA file uploads

By uploading a DNA file you confirm that:

• The file contains your own genetic data, or you have explicit written authorization from the person whose data it contains.
• You are not uploading data belonging to a minor.
• You understand that we extract a small number of specific genetic variants from the file and immediately and permanently delete the raw file.

Do not upload files containing genetic data you do not have the right to share. Uploading genetic data is optional and is not required to participate in the program.

Intellectual property

All written content, design, and code on Sun Sequence is owned by Sun Sequence LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without our written permission. Your personal genotype data belongs to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sun Sequence is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any genotype data extracted from your file is complete or accurate; accuracy depends on the quality of the source file provided by your DNA testing service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Sequence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
